Stall bookings will open at 9am on 1 August 2025

Bookings for a stall for the 44th annual Oxley Bush Market will close on Friday 12 September 2025 at 5pm.
 

Bookings for stalls for the market can only be taken online through the Humanitix platform. Please click on the link below to apply for a stall:

- Read the rules of the market and select the green button 'Apply for a market stall'
- Select your site type, enter your details and pay by credit card to submit your application. 


Stall costs for 2025

Site stall costs for this year's market remain unchanged at:
- Single stall $75
- Double stall $170
- Triple stall $300
- Power additional $25.
 

Bookings close at 5pm on 12 September 2025

All applications returned by the closing date will be considered by the Committee.
 

We are restricted by space to 150 sites, so please ensure your get your application in by the closing date. The Oxley Bush Market Committee is keen to ensure the widest possible variety of goods on sale and we may choose not to have multiple stalls selling the same product type - this is for your benefit and also to ensure the market has a diverse stall base for visitors.
 

You will be notified if you have been successful in gaining a site by 26 September 2025. 

If you have been unsuccessful, your payment will be returned in full and you will be contacted by email by 26 September 2025.
 

What if i need help?

If you need help to complete your online stall booking, please reach out to a friend or family member in the first instance.
 

If you have a question that is not answered on the ticketing page, you cannot pay by credit card, or need additional assistance, please email oxleybushmarket@gmail.com and include your name and phone number so that we can contact you. One of our volunteers will get in touch and assist with your enquiry.
