Meetings of Community organisations: $30.00
Evening Meetings $40.00 per hour
Half Day Hire (4 hours) $150.00
Full Day Hire (9am to 5pm) $250.00
Evening function (5pm to 12am):
- Friday and Saturday $350.00
- Sunday to Thursday $275.00

The Major Event Rate includes use of formal dinner chairs.
Cleaning after Function usage ($35.00 per hour) will be deducted from the bond. The
minimum is 2 hours for any booking
ALL bookings incur a $500.00+ Refundable Bond
